These terms cover use of this website. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Accuracy

Releases and play figures are correct as far as is known at the time of publishing and change without notice. Figures drawn from Spotify are shown as reported by Spotify at the time they were recorded.

Links on each release open the record on a streaming service. Where an exact link is not held, the link opens a search on that service instead and is labelled as one — a search result is that service's answer, not a statement from this site about what it will find.

What you may do with this site

Read it, link to it, share it, and quote from it with attribution. Press and promoters are welcome to use the artist name, the mark and the biography for listings and event materials.

You may not:

• Copy the site's design, code or written copy for another artist or project.
• Present yourself as representing umbra, or use the name or mark to advertise an appearance that has not been confirmed.
• Re-host the audio, video or artwork, or strip it out of the pages it appears in.

Who owns what

Rights are split three ways and it matters which is which — the detail is on the credits and rights page. In short: the recordings and their artwork belong to the labels that released them, the name and mark belong to the artist, and the site's design and code belong to AJWC Tech Consulting Ltd and are licensed to the artist for use as this site.

Third-party services

Playing a mix hands you over to YouTube, and their terms apply from that point. Links out to Spotify, SoundCloud, Deezer, YouTube Music, Apple Music and Instagram are provided for convenience; what happens on those services is not controlled here.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. No guarantee is given that it will be available uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — neither of which this website is realistically going to cause, but the exclusion is not permitted and so is not claimed.
